Evangelia Billa was born in Trikala, Greece. She graduated from Medical School of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 1994. She acquired the speciality of Endocrinology after appropriate training in the Department of Endocrinology, Diabetes mellitus and Metabolism of «Helena Venizelou» Hospital. She has been working as a private doctor since 2005 in Trikala.
She was presented with a Doctorate Diploma in 2011. She acquired a license for carrying out ultrasound examination in the field of Endocrinology in 2011 after a six-month training at the appropriate department or “G. Gennimatas General hospital”.
She was certified as a Clinical Andrologist by European Academy of Andrology in 2018. She has published articles in significant journals and has participated in the writing of book chapters. She has been a member of the administrative board of Hellenic Society of Andrology since 2011. Her special scientific interests are Andrology and Reproductive Endocrinology.

Julia Bosdou was born on July 29, 1984. In 2009, she graduated from the Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with grade “excellent”. She received her MSc in Medical Research Methodology in 2011 and, subsequently, her PhD with “excellent with distinction” grade in Human Reproduction from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2016.

Dr Bosdou is an Obstetrician & Gynecologist specialist since December 2018 and she is currently a sub-specialist trainee in Reproductive Medicine at the Unit for Human Reproduction, at the 1st University Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology in Thessaloniki, Greece. Her field of interest is infertility, reproductive endocrinology and research methodology. She has published several articles in international peer-reviewed journals and chapters in international books. Also, she has participated in several oral and poster presentations at international scientific Meetings/Congresses and has been an elected Junior Deputy member of the Special Interest Group (SIG) Reproductive Endocrinology of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) (2017-2019).

Anthoula Chatzikyriakidou

Dr. Anthoula A. Chatzikyriakidou was born in Serres, Greece in 1976. She graduated from the School of Sciences, Department of Biology, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2000 and received her PhD from the Medical School of Ioannina University in 2004. During ages 2009-2010, she was trained in international and national laboratories/institutes, and in 2015 she was participated in the “Teaching Educational Program” of the Medical School of Aristotle University. In 2014, she was appointed as Lecturer in Medical Biology and Genetics in the Faculty of Medicine, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and in 2016 as Assistant Professor (non-tenure). She teaches Medical Biology and Medical Genetics to undergraduate and graduate students at the Faculty of Medicine and to undergraduate students at the Faculty of Dentistry of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
Dr. Chatzikyriakidou participated in the translation of one book in Genetics. She published more than 50 papers in peer review international journals with more than 600 references; she has written 3 chapters in books and 9 papers in Greek journals. She was an invited speaker in 2 International Congresses and 2 in National Congresses. She participated in 5 Greek Research Programs and 2 European Research Programs. She took 13 funding sources: 2 in international congresses, 4 in Greek congresses, and 7 for her graduate and post-graduate studies. Her main research interests include genetic epidemiology and immunogenetics.

Konstantinos Dafopoulos

Dr. Konstantinos Dafopoulos is Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Faculty of Medicine, School of Health sciences, University of Thessaly in Larissa, and Head of the IVF Unit in the University Hospital of Larissa. Prof. Dafopoulos studied medicine in the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

His doctorate thesis was on ovarian control of gonadotrophins secretion and his specialist training took place in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Medical School of the Democritus University of Thrace in Greece.

He trained in Reproductive Medicine and Endoscopic Surgery in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, University Schleswig-Holstein, Campus Lübeck in Germany.

He has published more than 100 papers in international peer reviewed journals and more than 20 chapters in books. He was an invited speaker in more than 100 national and international congresses and received 4 awards for his research.

He teaches in 9 postgraduate training programs (MSc) in the University of Thessaly, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, University of Crete, Democritus University of Thrace.

He is member of the Administrative Boards of the Hellenic Society of Gynecologic Endocrinology and the Hellenic Society of Fertility Preservation.

His main research interests include ovarian and pituitary function, polycystic ovary syndrome, the role of ghrelin and adipokines in reproductive function and ovarian stimulation for IVF.

In 2006, she has been accepted as a scholar in the Max Planck Institute for Psychiatry in Munich, Germany. In 2008, she was awarded the doctoral degree of “Doctor of Medicine” (Dr. med.) from the Ludwig Maximilians University of Munich.

She received her training in Endocrinology at the Department of Internal Medicine, Endocrinology and Clinical Chemistry at the Max Planck Institute and at the Medizinische Klinik und Poliklinik IV of the Ludwig Maximilians University, in Munich. In January 2014, she was been acknowledged as a “Specialist in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology and Diabetology” and in August 2015 as a “Clinical Andrologist” by the Bavarian State Chamber of Physicians (BLÄK) after a successful exam.

She conducts significant research activity in the field of Clinical Neuroendocrinology, results of which have been published in leading German and international medical journals.

Dimitrios G. Goulis

Professor Dimitrios G. Goulis completed his medical training (MD) and received his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Having a scholarship from the European Union, he worked as clinical research fellow at St. Mary’s Hospital (Imperial College), London, acquiring the specialty of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism. He is currently professor of Reproductive Endocrinology in the 1st Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Aristotle University, Greece. He has published 300 full papers in peer-review international journals and has been an invited speaker in more than 400 international and congresses. His main research interests include Andrology, endocrine complications of pregnancy, polycystic ovary syndrome, menopausal transition, and research methodology.
